Would not worry: Not certain what you are looking for, but you seem not to have respiratory issues to prompt a work up for a1at deficiency. I would not do further testing for that unless you develop emphysema. Remember never to smoke !

Not needed: Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency is related to early emphysema and not asthma.
