COVID 19: You can chose to quarantine instead of testing. In South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not. You can consult your local primary care provider. There are also other resources such as “Talk –to-Doctor” on HealthTap. In USA the testing policies vary by state.

Quarantine : At a minimum, let your doc know, test if offered for peace of mind. Watch for symptoms.
