I have tested positive for covid-19 yesterday. i have no symptoms at all, the reason for testing was to accompany my wife for the birth of our son, this the requirements is that u need a test. i would like to know if i can still go for my morning jog?

Quarantine: The highest risk for transmission to others is by asymptomatic positive cases like you. Would suggest abstaining from getting out of the house until you test negative so that you will not expose others inadvertently. Jogging with a mask on is not fun either. Follow local regulations otherwise and keep your GP aware.
