Hello! i recently had an annual exam with a blood pressure of 136/76 which the nurse said was good. they didnt say anything else. i looked up the numbers online and 136 seems high. in the past couple of years my systolic numbers have been 118 and 128. im 33 years old with a vegetarian diet. wondering if the recent quarantine sedentary habits have contributed to higher systolic bp. what is your advice? thanks! blood pressure

BP high?: The more careful bps you have the better you can classify your BP. Get an accurate home device and take each AM after being seated 5 min. Take three each time. If the average is at home is greater than 135/85 then show your records to your Dr.

Even if remaining indoors - you can find
