Optimally : Optimally you should see a health care practitioner. Consider a family practitioner or nurse practitioner as these are much less expensive and most are comfortable with treating hypertension. And many blood pressure medications are generic and inexpensive and can be found on walmart's 4.00/month plan. In the meantime, follow the dash diet (dietary approach to stop hypertension), lose weight, restrict salt, exercise, avoid stimulants and excess caffeine, reduce stress to the degree possible, and consider meditation/relaxation. Below is a link to the dash diet.

For : For elevated blood pressure, it is prudent to avoid caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, salt, stress, energy drinks, decongestant medicines, as these commonly elevate blood pressure. For ongoing public medical care, you may register immediately in your county of residence at your local county health department to obtain necessary ongoing medical care.
