Depends: Depends on what else you are doing to maintain mass. Usually at your age you are easily building muscle mass. Push-ups are excellent for toning arms,shoulders,chest and back. Also pull-ups and chin-ups. Easy to do and only take a few minutes. If you developed the muscle tone from the push-ups and now stop, you likely will lose some mass, unless you replace them with another exercise. Good Luck.

Yes, it is possible: Once you stop, you will lose muscle tone and what muscle you have gained.
