to achieve tone, sculpted muscles, and overall leanness, is it better to do isolated workouts or a full body work out?

2 Different Goals: For overall leanness, you must reduce body fat. This requires a diet that is relatively low in carbodydrates because carbs are stored in the body as triglycerides (also known as fat) for sculpted muscles you need to isolate and work out those particular muscles so that they hypertrophy (grow).
