Hello i have an intramural uterine fibroid and wanted to know will that cause miscarriage or grow if pregnant?? also my results say bilateral ovarian follicles and no free fluid in posterior curl de sac what does that mean??

Fibroid growth: During pregnancy, large amounts of estrogen are secreted which can cause significant growth of the fibroid, sometimes impinging on the developing pregnancy with a resultant miscarriage. Ovarian follicle growth is a common response to prepare for ovulation when not on a hormonal contraceptive suppressant.
