43yo with a posterior intramural fibroid 5x5x4cm. endo stripe is 3mm. uterus 10x6.5x6.2cm. doc advised tvh. any input about size of uterus for tvh.

Should go well: The overall size of your uterus seems fine to try for a vaginal approach. A much larger uterus can still even be removed vaginally if other conditions are favorable, such as an adequate size of pelvis, a mobile uterus, and lack of scarring in the pelvis.
