Dear dr can fibroids cause a miscarriage? is there a way to shrink them or prevent them from growing faster when you are pregnant?

Fibroids: 33 yo female with history of fibroid. In about 80% females with fibroid can carry pregnancy to term without diffulties. In any female that fibroid results in miscarriage, will need to be evaluated for operative hysteroscopy or myomectomy prior to pregnancy.
