I have been on a successful weightloss journey for a year; safely eating less calories and working out. my bmr is 1352 calories and have plateaued. eating plan is 1.4k calories. can i safely reduce my daily caloric budget by 100 calories?

Yes, it is safe.: Weight loss plateau's require additional effort, both in calorie reduction and in exercise increase. Try decreasing by 100 calories and increasing workout time by 10 minutes. adjust as needed. Make sure you are taking in enough fiber, and protein. Take a multivitamin to help with any micronutrient deficiencies. Make sure you are drinking lots of water as well.

Losing weight: Another strategy- Have you considered adding in or increasing resistance training/ weight work. If you build muscle, you will increase the number of calories you burn (even when not working out). Consider this in lieu of dropping calories lower.
