Been working out for 10 months now at the gym,eating healthy with calorie deficit&losing weight at a steady pace.i reached 29% of fats in my body&now losing fats is near to nil although i look toned,besides every month before my period i crave chips?

The answer is not simple. Diet is still the key to further success but calorie deficit is not the answer alone. The types of foods chosen and quality of the food is important. If possible, speak with a dietitian in order to review your food choices to see if beneficial changes can be made to achieve the results that you are looking for.
