I eat around 1200 calories a day with exercise. but there's one day a week where i eat around 2000-4000 calories. is this bad for weightloss?

Probably OK: How heavy are you? How tall? What bone structure? Are you over weight? Exercise???? How many mets? All this varies from one person to another. Are you currently losing weight? Gaining? Stable weight? Consult your Dr if you want advise tailored to your body.
