Chest,upper back and left arm pain . ecg report show nothing. heart beat is faster than normal. it is heart related problem or some thing related to anxiety ?

Possible : There is no perfect test, and it is possible to have heart pain with a normal ECG. Best to also check blood tests with this, and consider other tests such as a stress test if symptoms persistent. Anxiety however is still a possibility, especially with the stress you may be under dealing the the earthquake. Hope this helps!
