Fibroids: Uterine fibroids are benign tumors usually in the muscular wall of the uterus. Depending on their size, they can cause problems with bleeding, pain or difficulty getting pregnant. It is best to see your OBGYN provider and have an ultrasound image to see how extensive they are. If they are small, you may not have to do anything.
