Yes, depending: Fibroids affect on pregnancies are all about location, location, location. If the fibroid on ultrasoud does not look as if it encroaches on the lining of the uterus, where the baby forms, then the fibroid mostly likely can't/won't interfere with conception or maintaining a pregnancy. Intramural fibroids don't usually impact fertility. Serosal fibroids definitely don't. Find out where you fibroi.

Probably not: What did your doc say? That is a very large fibroid and will grow if you are able to conceive and could cause miscariage, premature labor and severe pain as it could grow to twice it's size please consult with your doc as in my opinion it should be removed before you attempt to conceive.
