Fibroid: Definitely breakthrough bleeding can be caused by a fibroid. If your fibroid enters or interferes with the cavity of your uterus where your uterine lining is, it can definitely affect your period and your ability to conceive. See a doctor to make sure that the fibroid isn't impeding your ability to get pregnant. Good luck!
