Probably not: Uterine finroids impact fertility if they are intracavitary ( in the endometrium). They can affect the outcome of pregnancy if they are too large at the start of pregnancy. You should have a discussion with your doctor about this.

Fibroids : Fibroids and an early miscarriage can be the result of a hormonal imbalance, specifically too much estrogen or too little progesterone. Consider having your Estradiol and Progesterone level checked on day 21 of your cycle, so that the ratio between the 2 hormones can be assessed. Many women with fibroids get pregnant easily, so the fibroid itself would not prevent a pregnancy.

Possibly: If the embryo implanted on the fibroid, it would not be able to get an adequate blood supply. If the fibroid is in the uterine lining, the submucosal, it can be easily reached and removed with a vaginal approach through hysteroscopy.
