Nuts are good: Good for both mag and phosphate supply. Also, dairy, fish, beans, meat, and cola/chocolate are all rich in phosphate. If mag is low, you can coordinate using magnesium oxide pills otc with your doc who can check blood levels. Be cautious if you have kidney disease.
