why do all vitamins and supplements advise to take w food? so it absorbs or so you won't get sick? i would like 2take my omega and magnesium w/o food!

Marine Fish: Oil may make you burp but ok w/out food. If burping happens you can store the MFO in fridg and it may not happen. Magnesium ok w/out food but food helps protect the stomach. You can try liquid or powder if that is easier for you to metabolize. Peace and good health.
