I have had ankle swelling for 2 years i have no car, no insurance and 2 children with no babysitter. i can't go to the hospital for a routine checkup and i don't know what to do. i have not been seen by a doctor in over two years.

Any family/friends: There is little that can be offered on line four troubles other than the obvious. You need to be evaluated with a history, exam & tests. Many local health departments have access to a database of sites where you can get care & or local health nurses that can come to you. Family & friends can often watch your kids while you get the work done.
