Initial trauma pain: Injuries can get worse over days, weeks, and months. Bruising generally resolves, so treat yourself supportively with rest, fluid, and anti-inflammatories if you can tolerated them. After a week or two, you can being physical therapy/rehabilitation for your knee and neck. Sometimes, the injuries are bad enough to require specialist evaluation. Your right leg may improve as the bruising does.
