Unlikely: Although preeclampsia is more common in twin pregnancies, your current signs and symptoms are not highly suspicious for this. You should have your right leg swelling evaluated as uneven leg swelling is concerning for a blood clot in your leg. Call your OB immediately if you have a persistent headache that does not resolve with tylenol, (acetaminophen) visual blind spots, or pain in your right upper belly.

Yes: It is possible that you are developing preeclampsia. Sudden weight gain, swelling, and BP elevation are all signs and symptoms of preeclampsia although it's hard to make the diagnosis based on these alone. Also, being pregnant with twins puts you at a higher risk. Speak with your doctor and keep an eye on your bp.
