Skin issues: I'm not surprised to hear that homeopathic have been unsuccessful, and that all sorts of powders, potions, salves, etc, have been unsuccessful. You are treating symptoms, not the cause of your ailment. Stop guessing. See a skin specialist, a Dermatologist, for accurate diagnosis and thus effective treatment plan.

I think a an eczema break out on my hands. I have small blisters between my fingers. I'm currently using a neutral soap and Dermalex, cortisone creams did not help clear up the rash. What would be the best treatment?
