Skin care: Moisturizer 4 to 5 times daily, avoiding immersion and hot water may help. Consider an Allergy appointment and a higher dose of topical steroids.

It all started with a small rash a week ago. The skin is dry and red. A little bit flaky thick and itchy. I put aveeno (oatmeal) eczema cream and still the same?
~2 weeks have had red blotchy skin on front of neck. Not very itchy at all. Skin has weird texture where red, kind of rough/wrinkly looking. Could it be eczema? What could help it?
