Good day, i struggle with really bad eczema on my uper lip just under my nose. the skin is very dry, irritated, flaky and inflammed. i have been to a doctor and i have used so many creams, cortisone creams etc. is there something i can do about it?

It is possible that this is not actually just eczema, but that the broken skin has been infiltrated with bacteria or yeast causing a localized bacterial or fungal cellulitis. Try an antibacterial ointment first for 3-5 days to see if the area responds. If it does not, try a lotion containing clotrimazole (athletes foot preparations) for an additional 3-5 days. If neither of these help, see a Dr.
