itchy, circular-like peeling hands+feet, looks like eczema but my boyf. has too. i think its fungal infection. is that internal or superficial? cream?

If it is: Fungal lamasil twice a day for two weeks would take care of it but is unusual on hands.eczema would be more common. Best get an eval for proper diagnosis and treatment
