The skin is dry and flaky. it peels. on both right & left hands. systoms also present on the right palm. been told is psoriasis. have tried treating with a fungal cream as well as a cortisone cream without success. been going on since october 2018?

Your best course of action is to see a skin expert, specialist Dermatologist, who can prescribe the best course of treatment for you. Neither of the creams that you experimented with are curing your problem, so please seek professional care.
