If you have tmj can you disclocted your jaw if you throw up? i cant open my mouth very wide and when i get nausea cause im scared to throw up.

2 exams: You need to see a dentist, preferably one who treats joint dysfunction. Sounds like you have a disc out of position. Y0ou also need to see a physician to find out why you have been throwing up. Not good for your throat/esophagus, and dreadful for your teeth.
