Fever, cough, headache, slight nausea & mouth pain. i have tmj, is that likely cause for pain through top & bottom jaw or should i be concerned?

Mouth pain: TMJ can definitely cause jaw pain and headache. For starters, you should be wearing a night guard to avoid harming your teeth. Are you also suffering from a cold/flu That is causing your cough/fever? Definitely visit your doctor and a dentist to address all these issues.

Pain: May be from TMJ dysfunction, but there are a myriad of other possibilities. TMJ will not cause fever, so something else is going on. For example pain & fever could be associated with sinus infection. Please see both your General Physician & your General Dentist.
