Experiencing vertigo when i lay down in bed on either side. slight tingling in head. no other symptoms ie. nausea. do have tmj on the right side.

Vertigo: Vertigo is one of many symptoms of TMJ, but there are many other more probable causes. Seek evaluation from a Dentist fluent in TMJ treatment. Don't be surprised if you are referred to an ENT or a Neurologist.
