Jaw pain near wisdom teeth&have neck/ear pain&trouble swallowing.after sometime pain subsides but comes back if mouth is open wide.is this tmj?will it affect hearing/swallowing permanently?did wisdom teeth removal cause this?can this cause tinnitus

More info needed...: ... the most important info needed is how long ago were your wisdom teeth extracted? If they were impacted and involved bone resection to remove, full healing can take a month, possibly a bit longer. Any post operative issues should be addressed by your surgeon.
