Scope looked normal, ulcer found acending colon, and terminal ileum. chronic active colitis, crpyt abscess and acute crptitis. terminal illeum there was ulcer found, but says no pathological change from biopsy ulcer, and random ileum.ileum no inflam?

Crohn's: Findings are classic for granulomatous colitis or Crohn's disease. The other inflammatory bowel disease is ulcerative colitis, however there usually is not crypt abscesses nor ileum (small bowel) involved I believe you have a serious inflammatory bowel disease, which is a chronic, lifelong disorder and must be followed by a knowledgeable, experienced gastroenterologist.
