I keep getting wax buildup in my ears to the point i completely lose hearing and have to go to the dr to get it flushed out. i never use qtips as they say not to. how to prevent this problem as its very disruptive when it occurs?

Q tips can help: Most mis-use Q-tips by just pushing the wax further in the ear canal. Proper use: Enter slightly and twist, then enter more and twist. Repeat several times and remove to wipe off the wax. Enter with fresh Q-tip a little deeper and twist. What you are doing is transfering the wax to the Q-tip and not pushing it in. This is very effective when done this way.
