I poked my ear with my pinky finger quite a few times to get wax out as it was affecting my hearing. now my ear has had intermittent sharp pain and has been achy for 2 days. it feels a bit stuffy too and i have tinnitus. will this go away?

I have clicking/popping sound in ear when I burp Im almost 99% sure it isnt ear wax. I also have sudden onset tinnitus in right ear no noticeable hearing loss. Could it be Eustachian Tube dysfunction and glue ear?
