Eustachian tube issu: Yawning straightens out the canal between your middle ear & back of the throat. This often allows air movement back/forth. You likely have some transient swelling in that tube that prevents it from remaining open at rest. It normally allows moisture from your middle ear to drain into your throat & air to enter the space. If blocked, moisture can build and vacuum may pull in the drum.It will pass.
