Calories in vs burne: Weight loss is primarily about taking in fewer calories than you are using. Keep a food diary and track exactly how many calories you are taking in daily. Also keep track of how many calories you are burning during your exercise. Aerobic/Cardio exercise burns more calories per minute than weightlifting or yoga. You can also maximize your weight loss by increasing protein or intermittent fasting.

Calories in vs. out: To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
