Weight loss: Possibly. However, don't focus on the number of calories, focus on the quality of those calories.2000 calories which are all carbs is not going to help you lose weight.Exercise is very good for your health but rely on the quality of food rather than exercise to lose weight.Correction of hormonal imbalances will also help.

Possible: It's possible but there's a number of factors, age, sex, medical history, and also where you start from. If you are 500lbs and used to eating 10, 000 calories a day with no exercise, then of course, you can definitely lose weight with the above diet. If you're 6'5 and 95lbs, it's unlikely that will help. Good luck.
