Please tell us: Your height to see if your bmi is within the recommended range. Since you are only seeking to lose 10 lbs , perhaps that means we can assume that you are not "too overweight", if at all. Therefore, slightly adjusting the diet that you are on already, by just restricting a couple hundred calories or so a day might help you lose those extra 10 lbs, or leave diet unchanged and exercise more.
