Yes: This is simple arithmetic. If you are taking in more calories than you are consuming you will gain weight, and to the contrary if you're taking in less you will lose weight. If you want to lose more weight then either eat less or exercise more and burn more calories. Otherwise no problem. Keep up the good work. Am impressed at your dedication.
