I have a front teeth chipped and broken straight across, i been having it for atleast 10yrs. is there away they can add my other half missing or would it have to be extracted and have a new teeth implanted ?

Possibly: You may need the tooth extracted and replaced, but you can also have repair done with either binding agents, or a tooth veneer placed to replace the end of the tooth. Check with an oral surgeon, there are many ways to repair the tooth without extraction

No extractions: If the bony support is sound and there is enough tooth structure, the teeth can be restored. Since they have been broken for 10 years, they may have shifted, limiting the amount of room available for lengthening. Have a local dentist evaluate your condition and provide options for restorative care.

Fractured tooth: Tooth may be restorable. If so, your Dentist can discuss treatment alternatives. If teeth have shifted because the tooth was left untreated for so long, your Dentist may suggest that your see an Orthodontist first to create the best possible platform on which to do restorative treatment.
