We're unable to : Answer that question without actually seeing your situation personally along with x-rays. You didn't mention first, how do you know it was improperly done? And secondly what is wrong with the implant or restoration? If the last tooth is healthy, the supporting tissues & bone is sound, & the tooth gives some benefit, there is no reason to believe it should be removed. See prosthodontist for advice.

Other reasons: I've answered another question of yours regarding loss if implant and that loss affecting adjacent tooth. If you have such a problem, it is best you get a second opinion from a local specialist who can see your problem and get the full story. We're only guessing here with the limited info posted, and that's not fair to you. See an oral surgeon and prosthodontist.
