I'm going to suggest that you follow the advice of your dentist and/or oral surgeon. But as a rule of thumb you'll need to put yourself in the best possible healing condition. Both nicotine and alcohol will impede the bone graft and implant integration/healing process, so you'll need to abstain. As they say no pain, no gain.
