Can my grade 2 vericocele (left testicle) be causing ed? or is it more likely to be performance anxiety? i am a completely healthy 19 year old. do varicoceles cause ed?

Yes: The Testicles are the source of testosterone in males. A varicocele can cause disruption of the blood flow to or drainage from this area and cause lowered testosterone. Low testosterone can lead to ED and testicular atrophy. Discuss a blood test for testosterone with your Dr. Supplementation may aid in some of these complications.

Not all varicoceles: In your many posts you said that you already had evaluation by 2 physicians who advised you not to worry. Although varicoceles can sometimes effect erectile function, if your physicians reassured you this is ok, why not accept it. You brought up anxiety, the fact that you are compulsively sumitting posts about your varicocele really suggests that you are very anxious & obsessing over this.
