I have been diagnosed with a melanoma inside my mouth. the ent, maxi oral surgeon and plastic surgeon wants to do an operation. my medical aid does not cover these doctors and the doctor said no other hospital can manage a free flap which worries me?

Local service issue: It sounds like you need to meet with the social services agents at your local hospital & see if they can help arrange care. Sometimes teaching hospitals have programs where their specialty services will do such procedures while teaching residents & that difference reduces or eliminates the surgeons fees.
