Stress???: are you under any stress, that will do it. take anti acid like Mylanta alternating it with pepto-bismuth. avoid greasy food, and eat light, hydrate yourself well. try to reduce any stress and relax you might be having irritable bowel syndrome. if persisted see your PCP
