Had gallbladder removed 3weeks ago now having pain in ribs cage and threw up some bile and diarrhea. dr doing liver tests, should i be concerned?

Retained stone: your doctor is making sure you don't have a stone in your common bile duct. It is unlikely but possible. If your enzymes are elevated he/she may want to further study you. You need to avoid dehydration first. If you are holding down food for the most part then you will continue to follow up. Your surgeon who removed the gallbladder will want to know that you had this problem so call please.
