I'm sorry: your doctor doesn't know what to do. You've given little information, but if you have a negative calprotectin, it's likely that you don't have inflammation in your intestines. ASCA IgG is very non-specific, and serum IgA was probably checked to make sure your celiac panel was valid. With a full history and more labs, it would be easier to figure you out. Cholecystectomy may cause diarrhea.
