Stomach pains: You may have a peptic ulcer and Pepcid (famotidine) may cause your diarrhea. Consult your doctor.

Ulcer or Excess Acid: It is possible you have an ulcer or irritation of the stomach due to excess acid production. Evaluation with an upper endoscopy (inserting a scope into your stomach) to evaluate it further may be needed.
