Gastroenterologist: Consult a gastroenterologist. Appropriate testing will be done. A cardiac cause in your age group is unlikely unless you have valvular or pericardial disease. Common bile duct stones or stricture,hiatal hernia, gastritis,abdominal adhesions come to mind.
